PG 130 &
PG 130A TX/RX DUAL CHARGER
- These very popular products are capable of charging both a transmitter
and receiver battery pack at the same time. They feature LED indicators
for both outputs and charges at a rate high enough to be used with the
newer high current rate battery packs whilst not being too high to be used
on the older packs. The following tables will make it easy for you to calculate
charge times but are only applicable to the PG 130 & PG 130A Pro-Glow
TX/RX dual chargers and under no circumstances should they be applied to
any other products or brands of similar products.

PG 131 - 7.2 Volt SLOW CHARGER - Designed to charge 7.2 volt battery packs at 120mah this product has found a second market as a 9.6 volt slow charger where it charges the pack at a 60mah rate. It has been further used to charge 6 volt batteries at 150mah and so is a very useful product in any hobbyists work shop. PG 132 GLOW DRIVER CHARGER - Specifically designed to charge a single 1.2 volt nickel cadmium cell at a 120 mah rate this is the only way to treat a glow driver if any reasonable life is to be expected from its battery. As with most other Pro-Glow plug packs a second use has been found for it in charging 2 Volt cells at a 100 mah rate. PG 132+ GLOW DRIVER WITH CHARGER This very popular product consists of 1 x SL 158 Glow Driver with Nicad battery included and 1 x PG 132 Glow Driver Charger blister packaged on the same card. PG135 - 12 VOLT PLUG PACK - This was our first plug pack and it is marketed as a multi use product. The PG 135 has an unregulated output rated at 12 volts at 300mah and is supplied with alligator clips on its output leads. It has for many years been sold by hobby dealers as a charger for sealed lead acid batteries. In this application caution is advised as being not regulated means charge times must be watched to avoid battery damage. This plug pack has other uses where by inserting an appropriate resister in line it can be used to charge many different battery packs or as it is it will fast charge 8 x AA Nicad’s in around 3 hours. that will run in Works, Lotus 123, Excel, etc.
PG136 12 VOLT SEALED LEAD ACID BATTERY CHARGERS - We are quite excited about this plug pack as it is so very versatile. It can be used to charge a 12 volt sealed lead acid battery at up to a 500mah charge rate and as it is regulated it can be left connected to the battery indefinitely without causing any damage to the battery. In fact this is the main reason we have designed this unit as it is ideal for flight boxes where you simply plug it in on returning from a days outing and next time you wish to go out you unplug the charger and the battery is fully charged and ready to go. No more overcharged lead acid batteries !! It is also a very useful *12 volt 500mah power supply for multiple uses (actual voltage is *13.2 volt as this is the accepted voltage for duplication of automotive etc appliances requirements). They are packaged in a reversible blister showing different applications on each side. They are not meant to nor will they replace the PG-135 plug pack which is currently being used for charging lead acid batteries but represent a superior method of charging in speed, safety and accuracy for those willing to spend a little extra in the beginning.
